About the details

This ski lease is from January 1 to April 30. It's $5,000 per month all upfront. Utilities will be paid via a credit card and charged after bill is sent to tenant. Snow removal paid by tenant. The owner requires their cleaner to come in once a month at $150 charge to tenant. A pet is allowed with a pet addendum and pet insurance. There will be a $2,000 security deposit.
